We do not accept exchanges or returns for change of mind. Returns are only accepted in the case of defective or damaged items.
 

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are only applicable if:

• The product arrives damaged, broken, or defective

• The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

• The product is unused and in its original packaging
   

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos or videos showing the defect or damage

• A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed and approved, we will provide further instructions.
 

Refunds

• Approved returns will be eligible for a refund or replacement (subject to availability)

• Refunds will be processed via the original payment method

• Processing time may take 5–10 business days
   

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind

• Opened or used products (unless defective)

• Minor packaging imperfections that do not affect product quality
